Counseling for Industrial services

Under this package GuidanceClinicIndia offers its services basically to Small Scale Industries only.  Furthermore as far as it concerns the personnel, the services are restricted to employees of Class 3 and Class 4 labor groups only. The service may be used both for select groups or individual employees.

संबद्ध कर्मचारी के व्यक्तित्व, रुचि, IQ,EQ, SQ, सामाजिक व औद्योगिक विकास में रुचि, पारिवारिक सामंजस्य इत्यादि का मनोवैज्ञानिक परीक्षण तथा उसका विष्लेषण। आवश्यक होने पर कर्मचारियों के लिए व्यक्तिगत काउंसिलिंग के अतिरिक्त सामूहिक रूप से Motivation ,Time Managementइत्यादि क्षेत्रों में सेमिनार वर्कशाप जैसी सेवाएं भी उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं।

किसी भी स्तर का कोई भी स्थाई कर्मचारी सीधे GuidanceClinicIndia से संपर्क कर हमारी सेवाओं का लाभ ले सकता है। इसके लिए कृपया फोन या व्यक्तिगत रूप से आकर पहले से समय ले लें व नियत समय से 10 मिनिट  पूर्व हमारे कार्यालय में आ जाएँ .

Procedure

यह सेवा सीधे client को प्रदान की जाती है जिसके लिए Client को स्वयम्‌ GuidanceClinicIndia से संपर्क करना चाहिए।

Test Drill:

Step I- Initial Interview: A short session with the expert counselor for exchange of basic information that would help him to understand the aspirations, interests, strengths and weakness of the student.

Step –II Testing: Results of all psychometric tests are given to the student in the form of a report card. The report is generated within 2 days. The report will have the following details:-

•            Personality profile;

•            Real interest areas with details of each Psychological test.

Step III:  Commencement of the Counseling Sessions.
